Who we are

This website is run by Mango Media Productions Limited (“Mango Media”, “we”, “us”), a video production company registered in Ireland (company number 726461).

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse the site, watch our films and get in touch. Please don’t misuse it: don’t try to break or overload it, get around its security, scrape it in bulk, or use the quote calculator or booking box to send spam or false details.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be online or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Our films and content

The films, stills, photographs, text, logos and design on this site belong to Mango Media or to our clients, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Client names and logos are shown to describe work we have made for them.

You can view and share links to our pages and films. Please don’t download, copy, edit or reuse any of our content, or our clients’ content, without our written permission. To ask, email hello@mangomedia.ie.

Quotes and estimates

Prices on this site, and the estimates from our instant quote calculator, are indicative estimates to help you plan. They are not an offer and don’t form a contract. The calculator uses AI to read your brief and prices it from our own rate card, so it can only be as accurate as the details it is given. Figures are exclusive of VAT.

A project is only agreed once we have confirmed the scope and price with you in writing.

Booking a call

Discovery calls are free and there’s no obligation. The booking box creates the meeting in our Google Calendar and sends you an invitation with a Google Meet link. If you need to move or cancel, reply to the invitation or email us.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as our quote calculator, Vimeo, Clutch and social networks. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Our responsibility to you

The content on this site is general information about our work and services. It isn’t professional advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it alone when making decisions.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, or from relying on anything on it, including any indirect loss or loss of profit, business or data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about this site.
