We photograph conferences and launches, team and leadership headshots, products in the studio or in use, and the people at work behind a brand. Most clients book us for photos and film together: the same crew shoots both on the same day, so you get matching photos without paying for a second shoot.
Events, headshots, products, food and drink, and stills from our films, all from real client shoots. Click any photo to see it full size.

“The feedback for Mango Media’s work has been unbelievable. Both the video and pictures are very professional, and they’ve worked in favor of our business.”
“They’ve helped us convey our brand message in a simple yet beautiful way. They’ve also elevated our brand to a new level, highlighting the fact that we’re a high-end premium brand.”

“Compared to the other marketers that we’ve worked with in the past, this team has the ability to understand our brand on an intellectual level. Everything that they’ve made for us so far has been clean, smooth, and crisp.”

“They’re personable and friendly, and their resources do everything we ask. Even when I give them a big request, they simply do it.”

A lit corner of your office set up as a small studio, so each person takes a few minutes and every photo matches.
Studio shots on a clean or coloured background, close-up details, and products photographed in use, as they live.

If we’re filming for you anyway, the same crew takes your photos on the same day. There’s no second booking, no extra travel and no extra setup, so a full set of stills costs about €350 instead of a separate shoot from €1,000.

“Mango Media really understood what we needed, and we couldn't imagine any better quality than what we received.”
Three days of photos and film at The Convention Centre Dublin. Read the full case study.

Keynotes, panels, the exhibition floor and the people in it, taken quietly from the edges of each room, on all three days.
Three days of edited event photos, a 10-minute highlight film, two shorter highlight reels, keynote and session recordings, drone footage on one day, the raw footage.
“We had other photographers at our event who were constantly distracting the audience and pulling focus, but Mango Media blended into the background, were not blocking the shots, and were able to pivot seamlessly when asked to do so. Going with Mango Media was easily the best vendor choice we made for our event.”

Stills from film shoots
Because most of the cost of a shoot is getting a crew and kit to the right place and set up. When we’re already there for your film, the photos ride along: the same crew, the same lights, the same day. So a full set of edited stills is about €350, where booking a photographer on a separate day starts from €1,000.
You also get photos that match the film, with the same people, the same light and the same look, which matters on a website or in a press pack. Tell us on the first call that you’d like photos too, and they go on the same shot list as the film.
We plan it before the day. We go through the running order with you, mark the moments that matter (keynotes, awards, the CEO’s speech, the group photo) and agree where the photographer can stand without blocking anyone’s view. On the day we work from the edges of the room and move between sessions while the room changes over.
At FYUZ 2025, three days at the Convention Centre Dublin, Telecom Infra Project told Clutch we “blended into the background, were not blocking the shots”, while other photographers at the event were pulling focus. If you’re also filming the event, the photographer works with the film crew, so you get photos and video from one team.
We set up a small studio in your office: lights, a plain or branded background and a camera, in a meeting room or quiet corner. Each person sits for a few minutes and goes back to work, so a whole team gets through quickly. Because the light and framing stay the same all day, every headshot matches on your team page or LinkedIn. In a half day we can photograph roughly 30 people.
Afterwards we pick the best frame of each person, retouch it lightly and share the finished files in a Google Drive folder. We’ve photographed teams at DCU, Fire1Foundry, Transpoco, Strive Search and Klyant.
