Video for corporate and tech companies, explained

Usually a customer case study. A buyer weighing up your platform trusts another customer more than your own pitch. A two to three minute film where a client explains the problem, the switch and the result works on your website, in sales decks and in follow-up emails. ParkIt, which makes the BookFlowGo airport parking system, started with one at Dublin Airport, then came back for Manchester and Brisbane.

If you’re launching something new, a launch film comes first instead: Output Sports launched Output Program with an 81-second film and a set of shorts from the same shoot. Recruitment films come later, once hiring is what’s holding you back. If you’re not sure which you need, that’s what the first call is for.

Put the product in a real person’s hands, then show the screen. We film the people who use it, where they use it: a valet desk at an airport, an office booking desks, an athlete on a sensor. Then we cut in clean screen recordings or put the interface into the shot, so viewers see the app working, not a slide.

Ronspot’s film pairs a drone shot of a car park with graphics showing booked and free spaces. Output’s launch film puts the app’s screens into gym footage. Tell us which features matter most to your buyers before the shoot. Where there’s nothing physical to film, motion graphics or animation fill the gap.

Yes. Case studies are filmed where your customer works, and we plan the day with them as well as with you. For ParkIt we filmed at Dublin Airport and Manchester Airport, and in February 2026 at Brisbane Airport with a local filmmaker. That was a recce on the Thursday afternoon, then a shoot from 6:30am on the Friday, with the airport’s marketing manager and ParkIt’s Australian lead on site.

Airports, factories and client offices often need security sign-in or filming permission, so we send crew names and a plan well in advance. Travel, flights and accommodation are built into your fixed quote, and we invoice companies in the UK and the US in euro.

Plan for sign-off from the first call. We ask who has to approve the film, and build your brand guidelines into the edit from the first cut. For ParkIt that meant their BookFlowGo graphics and transitions. At Deloitte, the partners on camera approved the final version before it went out.

Every cut arrives on Vimeo, where your team comments at the exact second they want changed, so notes from marketing, product and legal land in one place. Review rounds are built into the price. If your customer has to approve a case study too, as Dublin Airport did for ParkIt, we allow time for it in the plan. We can invoice against your purchase order.

Real people at different stages of their career, filmed where they actually work. For Google’s Dublin office, working with the agency Monks, we made a series by seniority: junior, mid-level and senior, so each candidate sees someone like them. Enet’s “Behind the Connection” series follows its engineers up masts and along the west coast, which tells a candidate more than an office tour could.

Keep each film between one and three minutes, and cut vertical versions for LinkedIn and Instagram. We send the questions in advance, keep the room small, and nothing is live, so a stumble is simply cut.
