Three airports, three case studies for ParkIt
ParkIt makes BookFlowGo, an airport parking platform. Between March 2025 and June 2026 we filmed its customers at Dublin, Manchester and Brisbane airports, for about €5,700 a film. Each one explains the switch to BookFlowGo in their own words, for ParkIt’s sales team, its events and its website.
Video for tech companiesPrices exclude VAT. Irish clients add 23%; most UK and international business clients pay no Irish VAT.

What ParkIt needed, and what we made
- When
- March 2025 to June 2026
- Where
- Dublin, Manchester and Brisbane airports
- Budget
- About €5,700 per airport film, travel included
What they needed
Case studies in which airport customers explain the switch to BookFlowGo, for sales, events and the website. Buyers at other airports trust another airport more than a pitch.
What we filmed
Interviews with each airport’s team, plus drone and ground footage of the drop-off zones, kiosks and key lockers, cut with BookFlowGo’s own graphics and transitions.
What we delivered
- Three case studies, 2:20 to 2:40 each
- Drone and ground footage
- Voiceover and sound design
- Stills from the Dublin shoot
- Social cuts from all three
- A pitch film from every airport
Three case studies, 2:20 to 2:40 each, drone and ground footage, voiceover and sound design, stills from the Dublin shoot, social cuts from all three, a pitch film from every airport.
How it ran, airport by airport
Three airports in three countries over fifteen months, then the social cuts and a pitch film.
Step 01
Dublin Airport, 2025
Drop & Go at Terminal 2, told by Dublin Airport’s commercial project manager and the operations manager at National Express, with drone shots of the approaches, kiosks and key lockers. About €5,700, with drone, voiceover, sound design and stills. Dublin Airport approved the film before it went out.
Step 02
Manchester Airport, 2025
ParkIt came back for a second film, on its partnership with Manchester Airport Group: Meet & Greet, Drop & Go valet and AI-driven allocation. About €5,650, plus €1,000 for four social cut-downs. It was signed off in December 2025, with an awards cut too.
Step 03
Brisbane Airport, February 2026
A recce on the Thursday afternoon and a shoot from 6:30am on the Friday, working with a local filmmaker, the airport’s marketing manager and ParkIt’s Australian lead. We wrote the voiceover script, approved at the second version. About €5,700.
Step 04
Social cuts and a pitch film, 2026
A social cut from the Brisbane film, six talking-head shorts, and a pitch film cut from several airports’ footage for ParkIt’s sales team: €2,000 for all three.
