Desk and parking booking at Tirlán, for Ronspot
Ronspot makes software for booking desks, meeting rooms and parking spaces. For our second film together, it asked us for a customer case study at Tirlán’s new offices in Kilkenny, where parking was tight and staff were moving to hybrid working. We filmed it in one day in May 2023 and cut three shorter versions, one for each of Ronspot’s product pages.

What they needed
A customer story that shows the product working in a real office: why Tirlán needed it, how staff use it, and what changed.
What we filmed
One day at Tirlán’s offices: interviews with the facilities manager who led the rollout and a colleague, the office and desks in use, and a top-down drone shot of the colour-coded car park. Ronspot supplied the usage figures shown on screen.

How it ran
One day of filming, then one film cut four ways.
Step 01
3 May 2023: the plan
We sent Ronspot our plan: who would speak, the questions and the shot list.
Step 02
24 May: Kilkenny
One day at Tirlán’s offices, inside and from the air.
Step 03
July to September: the edit
A structure cut in July, Ronspot’s figures added as graphics, and the final approved on 18 September.
Step 04
November to December: the cut-downs
Three short versions, one each for desk, meeting room and parking booking.
